We help from early stages of the planning application if required. Our input will help the developer to avoid costly earthwork and delay in planning permit process. It will allow for the fast approval from the authorities. Since we deal with the authorities directly and address the whole issues/concerns at first time , lot of rework and going back to the authorities will be reduced.

Similarly after planning permit is issued for the development, we will proceed the design or alter the design as per the planning permit conditions  and deal with the local councils & other Responsible Authority until get the final approval/ endorsement to the stormwater plan.

We become an expert in  civil & stormwater design in apartments. We designed lots of high rise buildings and Mansions with multi level underground basements in Melbourne CBD and surroundings suburbs. We do stormwater design for hydro static basements/ dry basements , drain basements/ wet basements, with Groundwater table without Groundwater table etc. We will work together with architect, landscape architect, sustainable design consultant, structural engineer, geo technical engineers & hydraulic engineers for the complete scope of stormwater design.  Our design will also satisfy local council & other responsible authority requirements.
