Subdivisions & Multi Lot developments

We do Multi lot subdivisions design including road design, footpath design and kerb & channel design etc for the new estate or brand new subdivision. If there are more lots , stage subdivision is applicable as requested by the developer. We also liaise with authority utility consultants such as gas, electricity, water, sewer and Telstra/nbn. We will deal with Local council, Melbourne water or other Catchment Management Authorities and Vic Roads to complete design. We will ensure and provide engineering design that will deliver cost effective construction with sustainability.

We don’t just do the design part instead we will work as a team and lead the other utility consultants team for the smooth efficient design progress to deliver the best outcome for the subdivision. If additional reports/documents are required we will able to find the appropriate expertise with Clint’s approval and resolve the issues at timely manner.
